Working with North Essex Homes, Oliver & Sons are delivering the carpentry package across a development of 26 new-build houses and bungalows in Colchester.

Elm Road, Shoeburyness

Oliver & Sons are delivering an extensive carpentry package across this 9-plot residential development in Shoeburyness for Kestrel Homes, covering works from roof structures and first fix through to second fix, kitchens, cladding and finishing works.

NEW BUILD RESIDENTIAL

Worcester Close, Gravesend

Oliver & Sons completed the carpentry works across this development of eight apartments in Gravesend, including roofing, first fix and second fix carpentry, together with the supply of associated materials.

Oliver & Sons are delivering the second fix carpentry and kitchen installation package, including the supply of associated carpentry materials, across this 35-plot residential development.

EDUCATION

Brentwood School

Oliver & Sons delivered a varied carpentry package at Brentwood School in Essex, working with Rose Builders. Our works included roof and truss works, warm-deck flat roof construction, internal doors, skirting, kitchen furniture and associated finishing works.

Gypsey Mead, Ongar

Oliver & Sons delivered an extensive carpentry package across this 23-plot residential development in Ongar, working with Mac Group. Our works included timber cladding, staircases, internal doors, skirting, window boards, kitchens and associated finishing works.
